What you are buying

Full audio recordings in MP3 format. You may buy one song, several selected songs or the complete album shown on the page. The titles, duration, included tracks and total price are displayed before payment. Multi-song purchases are also available as a ZIP archive. There is no subscription or additional delivery charge. Images on this website can be viewed free of charge. Video files are not included in the purchase.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes your payment. An order is paid once payment confirmation is received. After payment, return to the purchase page to download your MP3 files and the purchase confirmation with your private link. We also send the private link and purchase confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If the message is missing, check your spam folder or contact the seller. The download link works for 90 days. Downloaded files do not expire. If you lose the link or delivery fails, contact the seller with your payment email address or order reference.

Digital content and withdrawal

Before payment, you confirm separately:

I agree to the purchase terms and request immediate delivery of the digital content after payment. I acknowledge that once delivery begins, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect my rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

If the content is not delivered, is faulty or is not as described, contact the seller. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights to have faults remedied, a price reduction or a refund.

Use of the files

MP3 files are for personal listening. A purchase does not transfer copyright or permit resale, public distribution, advertising use or other commercial use without a separate agreement. You need a device and software that support MP3, and an internet connection to download the files. There is no DRM.

Complaints

Write to music@juzh.eu. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact Latvia's Consumer Rights Protection Centre. Latvian law applies without limiting any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
