Who processes your data

Jurijs Zarkovs, Ebrēju iela 10-27, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia. For data questions: music@juzh.eu.

Fulfilling your purchase

Stripe processes payment information and your checkout email address. JUZH stores the order reference, payment identifier, status, time, consent text and its version. JUZH does not receive your card number. These data are needed to fulfil the contract, verify payments and meet legal obligations. Payment records may be subject to statutory retention requirements. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Data stored in your browser

We store a private purchase access key in your browser so you can return to your downloads. It is not used for advertising. Your selected tracks are also saved locally so your selection survives a return from checkout. Clearing the website's browser data removes these entries; save your purchase confirmation first.

Purchase email

We receive your email address from the paid Stripe order to deliver the private download link and purchase confirmation. Delivery is handled by ImprovMX, which receives the recipient address and the message containing the private link. The address, email queue data and delivery status are retained for up to 90 days; backups may retain them for another 14 days. This message fulfils your purchase. Your email address is not used for marketing messages.

Website diagnostics and statistics

We count page views, preview listening, track selection, checkout starts and purchases, including campaign source and name. These internal counters do not create visitor profiles. A changing, irreversible derivative of an IP address is retained for up to two hours for abuse prevention. Technical diagnostics are kept for up to seven days: temporary request and flow identifiers, order and song identifiers, processing stage, status, duration and error category. We record button clicks, visible story sections, playback progress, checkout interactions, page active time and approximate screen-width group. We do not record typed text, mouse movements or your screen. Logs do not contain full URLs, IP or email addresses, access keys, email contents or card details. A flow identifier connects page actions to the resulting order; it is not used for advertising profiles.

Our first-party juzh_visit cookie links page navigation within a visit and expires after 30 minutes without a new page navigation. It contains a random visit identifier and campaign, ad and audience-group labels from the link. These labels are also saved with the resulting order. We use them to compare ads and see which previews are played and where visits stop. We do not receive your X username. Visit events are retained for seven days; order attribution is retained with the purchase record. If a link has no ad label, we report the ad as unknown.

X advertising measurement

We use the X advertising pixel (rinng) to measure advertising results. Your browser contacts X, which may receive the page URL, IP address and browser information and use its cookies. If an ad link contains twclid, our juzh_x_click cookie retains it for up to 30 days and connects it to an order. After Stripe confirms payment, the server may send X the purchase time, a separate conversion identifier, a public page URL and the click identifier or a normalized email address hashed with SHA-256. Hashing is not anonymization. The server conversion request does not send a plain-text email address, phone number, IP address, browser information, private download link or card details. The order's click identifier is removed after 30 days. Queued conversion content is removed after successful delivery or within seven days; delivery status is kept for up to 90 days. Backups may retain data for another 14 days. See X's privacy policy.
